Strategies

alt ViruSure's goal is to become a world leader in contract virus and prion safety testing, and we have a defined philosophy and strategy to assist us in achieving this goal. The important components of this strategy include:

Experienced Management Team
Developing an effective pathogen safety testing program has always involved the investment of significant time and resources. It is a challenge that without experience is difficult to achieve. At ViruSure we seek to maximise the available experience through the selection of management and Supervisory Board members that ensure such experience is available. Currently this pathogen safety experience collectively exceeds 50 years. You can find more information under our Human Resources section.

A Commitment to Quality and Customer Service
At ViruSure, our customers come first, and ensuring that we deliver a quality service comes top of our list of priorities. From initial contact through development of a strategy and implementation a strong emphasis on quality is present throughout. A quality service requires that staff are first aware of the standards that ViruSure sets with respect to customer service and quality. We therefore place a strong emphasis on staff training and communication of our strategy for customer service. You can find more information on our Quality Systems by following the link for Quality.

Technological Innovation
Developing the right strategy may require the development of new tests, or the application of existing tests in modified formats. Technologically, ViruSure aims to remain at the forefront of virus and prion safety testing through:

  • A commitment of resources to research and development efforts in new tests and technologies
  • Actively monitoring scientific and regulatory developments in virus and prion testing
  • Through discussions with customers to fully understand any potential adventitious agent risks, and ensuring that the most appropriate technologies are applied to address potential risks
